INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 Cup Chana Dal / Split Grain 3 Cups Grated Coconut 3 Cups Sugar 1 tsp Salt 4 tsp Ghee 1 tsp Cardomon Powder 3 Cups Water Video Method Soak the Chana Dal / Split Grain in water overnight Add the Chana Dal / Split Grain into a Pressure cooker and add the water. Cook for 3 Whistles Pour into a bowl and let it cool down. Add the Chana Dal / Split Grain into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the Grated Coconut and continue to blend until smooth. Pour into a microwave safe bowl. Then add the Sugar and mix together by hand. Microwave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from the microwave, stir and place back in for another 10 minutes. INGREDIENTS 25 Goan Sausages 3 Cups Basmati Rice 1 Big Tomato 2 Big Onions 2 Tbsp Oil 2 Tbsp Butter 2 Green Chilies 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp Salt 10 Cardamom 2 Bay Leaves 12 Cloves 2 Cinnamon Sticks 1/2 tsp Sugar 6 Cups Chicken Broth 3 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste Video Method In a pot over med - high heat add some oil. Then add the bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and cardamom. Then add the onions and sauté everything. Then Add Salt and the Tomatoes and mix together. Then add the green chilies and the ginger garlic paste. Mix together and then add the rice. Mix together. Add the turmeric powder and mix together. Then boil the chicken broth and add hot and add Sugar. Cover and cook until the water evaporates. Add the butter and continue to close and cook. Add the sausages and mix together.
