Delicious Goan Pork Sorpotel - Sousa's Kitchen
INGREDIENTS- 3 lbs Pork
- 2 lbs Pork Liver
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 4 Cups Water
- 15 Dry Chilies
- 10 Garlic Cloves
- 1 1/2 Piece of Ginger
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Peppercorn
- 1 Tsp Peppercorn
- 1 Tsp Cloves
- 4 Pieces of Cinnamon Sticks
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar (Goan)
- 1/2 Cup water to Blend
- 1 Big Onion
- 1 Green Chile
- 4 Stems of Curry Leaves
- 2 Tso Ginger and Garlic Paste
- 4 Tsp Maggie Powder
- 1 Cup Goan Palm Jaggery
- Extra: Salt, Sugar, Vinegar, as per your taste
