Delicious Goan Pork Sorpotel - Sousa's Kitchen

 


INGREDIENTS
  • 3 lbs Pork
  • 2 lbs Pork Liver
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 15 Dry Chilies
  • 10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 1/2 Piece of Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Peppercorn
  • 1 Tsp Peppercorn
  • 1 Tsp Cloves
  • 4 Pieces of Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1/2 Cup Vinegar (Goan)
  • 1/2 Cup water to Blend
  • 1 Big Onion
  • 1 Green Chile
  • 4 Stems of Curry Leaves
  • 2 Tso Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • 4 Tsp Maggie Powder
  • 1 Cup Goan Palm Jaggery
  • Extra: Salt, Sugar, Vinegar, as per your taste
