Delicious Beef Roulade - Sousa's Kitchen

 


 INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs, Beef Slices
  • 1 Big Onion
  • 30 (1 inch) Sausages - Goan| 1lb
  • 12 Red Chilies
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger Piece
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tsp Sugar
  • 15 Cloves
  • 10 Peppercorn
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tomato 
  • 7 Strips of Bacon
  • 1 Cup Carrots
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Maggie Cubes
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro

Method
  1. Cut and add some Red Chilies in a blender, then add Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Cloves, Peppercorn, Cinnamon Sticks, Ginger, Garlic, and Vinegar into the blender. Then add some water and blend till smooth.  
  2. Add some Salt to the Beef Stripes, then add some of the mixture from the blender to the beef and mix together. 
  3. Add some Sliced Onion, Sliced Carrots, Sausages, and Sliced Bacon to the beef and Roll tightly.
  4. Add a pot over Med heat, then add the oil to the pot. Add in the onions and sauté, then add the tomatoes. Then add the Sugar, 2 Maggie Cubes, and add the rest of the Bacon, Onions, Sausages, and Carrots to the pot. Then add the rest of the mixture from the blender and add some water to the blender and add it all to the pot.
  5. Next add the Beef Rolls into the pot and cover and cook on slow until the beef is completely cooked. Uncover and add some cilantro.
  6. Serve and Enjoy!!
