No Bake Mango Float Dessert - Sousa's Kitchen

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Box Honey Graham Cracker (14.4 Oz)
  • 1 Cream Cheese (8 Oz)
  • 1 1/2 Stick of Butter
  • 6 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Cut Mango Cubes
  • 1 Cup Chopped Roasted Almonds

Method
  1. Add the Cream Cheese into the mixer, and mix until smooth. Then add 1/2 Stick of butter and mix until smooth. Next add 2 Tbsp of powdered Sugar into the mixer and start mixing again. 
  2. Then add 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream into the mixer and add the vanilla extract and mix until everything is mixed smoothly. 
  3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and save for later.
  4. In a mixer add half of the Mango Chunks and 2 tbsp of powered sugar and mix together until smooth. Then add 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream. Then mix completely. 
  5. Next add 2 Tbsp of powered sugar into the Honey Graham cracker powder and mix together, then add 1 stick of melted butter and mix well. 
  6. In a cake pan, add 1 layer of the Graham Cracker then add 1 layer of the Mango Mixture, then add 1 layer of the Mango Chunks, Then add 1 layer of the Whipped Cream.
  7. Repeat this process by adding the Graham Crackers, Mango Mixture, Mango Chunks, Whipped Cream, Graham Crackers, and Mango Mixture. 
  8. Then add the Mango Chunks and the Sliced Roasted Almonds on top as a decoration. 
  9. Place in the Fridge for 8 hour or overnight. 
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
