INGREDIENTS
- 1 Box Honey Graham Cracker (14.4 Oz)
- 1 Cream Cheese (8 Oz)
- 1 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 6 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 3 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups Cut Mango Cubes
- 1 Cup Chopped Roasted Almonds

Method
- Add the Cream Cheese into the mixer, and mix until smooth. Then add 1/2 Stick of butter and mix until smooth. Next add 2 Tbsp of powdered Sugar into the mixer and start mixing again.
- Then add 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream into the mixer and add the vanilla extract and mix until everything is mixed smoothly.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and save for later.
- In a mixer add half of the Mango Chunks and 2 tbsp of powered sugar and mix together until smooth. Then add 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream. Then mix completely.
- Next add 2 Tbsp of powered sugar into the Honey Graham cracker powder and mix together, then add 1 stick of melted butter and mix well.
- In a cake pan, add 1 layer of the Graham Cracker then add 1 layer of the Mango Mixture, then add 1 layer of the Mango Chunks, Then add 1 layer of the Whipped Cream.
- Repeat this process by adding the Graham Crackers, Mango Mixture, Mango Chunks, Whipped Cream, Graham Crackers, and Mango Mixture.
- Then add the Mango Chunks and the Sliced Roasted Almonds on top as a decoration.
- Place in the Fridge for 8 hour or overnight.
- Serve and Enjoy!
