INGREDIENTS
- 340 g Crispy Rice
- 350 g Boondi
- 120 g Plain Chips
- Masala Peanuts / Peanuts
- 1 Tbsp Chat Masala
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp Asafetida ground
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 4 Stems Curry Leaves
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 2 Cups Potato Sticks
- 1/2 Cup Raisins

Method
- In a pot over low heat add the Oil, then add the Mustard Seeds, and the Asafoetida, and mix.
- Then add the Curry Leaves, Fennel seeds, Cashews, Raisins, and mix together.
- Then Add the Paprika, and Turmeric, roast for about 2-3 Minutes, then add the Crispy Rice, and mix everything together.
- Add the Plain Chips, Potato Sticks, Boondi, and Masala Peanuts or Roasted Peanuts, and salt, Chaat Masala and mix.
- Place the Chivda into a oven safe container / pan.
- Preheat the Oven to 350ºF, then place it into the oven for 10 minutes
- At 5 minutes, stir the Chivda, and place back into the oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy!
