INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Grated Coconut
- 1 1/2 Cup Palm Jaggery
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Egg

Method
- Add the Grated Coconut into the bowl of the Jaggery and mix completely.
- Add the Salt into the bowl of flour and mix.
- Add a egg into a bowl and Whisk.
- Add the flour into the egg and mix, then add water to make the batter.
- Place a Pan on medium heat, then add some oil to the pan and spread a thin layer of the batter to make the pancake.
- Then once the pancake is cooked on both sides remove, and fill with about 1 or 2 spoons of the coconut and jaggery filling, then fold and place on a plate.
- Repeat this process until done.
- Serve and Enjoy!!
