INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Grated Coconut
  • 1 1/2 Cup Palm Jaggery
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg

Method
  1. Add the Grated Coconut into the bowl of the Jaggery and mix completely.
  2. Add the Salt into the bowl of flour and mix.
  3. Add a egg into a bowl and Whisk.
  4. Add the flour into the egg and mix, then add water to make the batter.
  5. Place a Pan on medium heat, then add some oil to the pan and spread a thin layer of the batter to make the pancake.
  6. Then once the pancake is cooked on both sides remove, and fill with about 1 or 2 spoons of the coconut and jaggery filling, then fold and place on a plate.
  7. Repeat this process until done. 
  8. Serve and Enjoy!!
