Method
- Cut 6 Onions into small pieces, Place the onions into a bowl and heat up oil on the stove at 350ºF
- Turn off the flame, add the onions, and turn the flame back on.
- Cook until Golden brown, and stir to avoid burning. Once Golden brown, remove and place on a paper towel, then use a fork to spread apart the clumps.
- Place in a Zip Lock bag and place into the freezer to become more crispy.
- Serve on many different dishes or as a snack, and enjoy!
