INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 2 Large Bananas
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 3/4 cup Jaggery
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cardamom
- 1/2 cup Water (As required)
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- Butter for frying

Method
- In a bowl add an egg and Whisk. Then add the bananas and mix together. Then add the Cardamom and mix together
- Next add the Salt, grated coconut and mix completely. Slowly add the wheat flour into the batter.
- Then add the milk slowly into the batter. Then add about 1 tbsp of butter into the batter and add as much or as little water as needed as per the consistency you want.
- In a pan over medium heat, add some butter. Then add about 1 1/2 spoonful of the batter onto the pan and cook for about 1 minutes or until the sides turn brown. Flip and cook the other side.
- Place them into a plate and then repeat until the batter is all used.
- Serve hot and Enjoy!
