INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Pork w/ bones
- 1 Big Onion
- 10 Red Chilies
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro
- 1 Green Chilly
- 2 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 10 Cloves
- 25 Pepper
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 ball of Tamarind
- 1 Stem Curry Leaves
- 10 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Piece of Ginger
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

Method
- Cut the red chilies in the mixer. Then add the Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric powder, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Pepper, Cumin seeds and water. Then Blend until smooth. Add water and continue blending.
- Marinate the pork in the vinegar and the salt for 15 minutes, then add the pork into a pot over medium heat and add the oil and some water.
- Then cover and let it cook until it becomes tender.
- Then add in the paste from the mixer, water, curry leaves, the green chilies, sugar, onions, tamarind water and mix together. Cover and cook.
- Then add the cilantro and mix together. (Refer to the Video)
- Then Serve in a bowl, Serve hot.
- Serve with Rice and Enjoy!
