INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ Cups Channa / Gram Flour
- ½ Cup Rice Flour
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 3 Cups Chopped Spring Onions
- 1 Green Chilly
- 1 Small Onion
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ Tsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Method
- Add the Rice Flour into the bowl with the Channa / Gram Flour, then mix together. Then add the Cornstarch into the bowl and mix.
- Next add, Black pepper, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, and Baking Soda, and mix together.
- In another bowl add the spring onions and then add the chopped onions, chilies, and ginger garlic place. Then mix it all together.
- Slowly add the flour into the bowl with the onions and mix together.
- Next, slowly add some water to the mixture and mix while adding water.
- Cover and let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Preheat some oil to 350º F and using a spoon add the batter into the oil carefully.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown and then remove and place into a strainer. Repeat as needed.
- Serve Hot with Ketchup or any Sauce of your preference, and Enjoy!
