Potato Sukke Bhaji / Spicy Potato Recipe - Sousa's Kitchen

  


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Stems Curry Leaves
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Maggie Cube
  • 2 Pinches of Hing or Asafetida
  • 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Chilly
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Oil

Method
  1. Put the oil in a pot over med - high heat. Then add the mustard seeds, Asafetida, and onions and mix together and sauté the onions.
  2. Add the tomatoes and mix together. Then add salt, and Maggie and mix well. Add the chili and mix together
  3. Add the turmeric powder and the potatoes and mix together until the potatoes are covered in the rest of the mixture, then add 1/2 cup of water and mix. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the cilantro and the garlic ginger paste. Mix together and continue to cook. 
  4. Place in a bowl to serve
  5. Serve and Enjoy!!
