INGREDIENTS
- 2 Stems Curry Leaves
- 1 Onion
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Maggie Cube
- 2 Pinches of Hing or Asafetida
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Chilly
- 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
Method
- Put the oil in a pot over med - high heat. Then add the mustard seeds, Asafetida, and onions and mix together and sauté the onions.
- Add the tomatoes and mix together. Then add salt, and Maggie and mix well. Add the chili and mix together
- Add the turmeric powder and the potatoes and mix together until the potatoes are covered in the rest of the mixture, then add 1/2 cup of water and mix. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the cilantro and the garlic ginger paste. Mix together and continue to cook.
- Place in a bowl to serve
- Serve and Enjoy!!
