INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
- 1 Cup Cilantro
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 stems Curry Leaves
- 1 Green Chilly
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Medium Onions
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 4 cups Poha
- 2 Medium potatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Method
- Add water to the Poha and wash and strain it,
- Add 2 Tbsp oil to a pot over medium heat. Then add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and the Asafoetida, curry leaves, and the roasted peanuts. Then mix together.
- Add the potatoes, and mix together. Add the onions and continue cooking.
- Add the green chilly, salt, and sugar and mix together. Then add the turmeric powder and stir.
- Add the Poha into the pot and mix until everything is evenly mixed. Then add the cilantro
- Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Place on a plate and serve.
- Serve and Enjoy!
