INGREDIENTS
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Cup cilantro
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Chili powder
- 2 Pinch of asafetida powder
- 1 Tsp coriander powder
- 1 Green chili
- 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 10 Drumsticks
Method
- Put the oil in a pot over med - high heat. Then add the mustard seeds, Asafetida, and onions and mix together and sauté the onions.
- Then add the tomatoes, the salt, green chili, Ginger Garlic Paste, turmeric, chili, Cumin and Coriander powders and mix together. Then add the coconut cream and mix together.
- Add the drumsticks and mix together in the gravy. Then cook and cover until the drumsticks are soft and tender. Open every 7-10 minutes to check and add the Sugar. Then keep cooking until soft and tender.
- Place into a plate to serve
- Garnish with Cilantro
- Serve with Rice and Enjoy!!
