Healthy Goan Muska Sango Sukke / Moringa Drumsticks - Sousa's Kitchen



 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Cup cilantro
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chili powder
  • 2 Pinch of asafetida powder
  • 1 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 10 Drumsticks

Method
  1. Put the oil in a pot over med - high heat. Then add the mustard seeds, Asafetida, and onions and mix together and sauté the onions.
  2. Then add the tomatoes, the salt, green chili, Ginger Garlic Paste, turmeric, chili, Cumin and Coriander powders and mix together. Then add the coconut cream and mix together. 
  3. Add the drumsticks and mix together in the gravy. Then cook and cover until the drumsticks are soft and tender. Open every 7-10 minutes to check and add the Sugar. Then keep cooking until soft and tender. 
  4. Place into a plate to serve
  5. Garnish with Cilantro
  6. Serve with Rice and Enjoy!!
