Easy Creamy Cheese Milk Pudding / Flan (No Bake) Easter Dessert Recipe - Sousa's Kitchen

 INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Eggs Yolks
  • 115 Grams / 40 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Sugar for Caramel

Method
  1. Add the Cream Cheese to the bowl, then add the egg yolks and using a whisk, mix the cream cheese and the egg yolks together. 
  2. Next add the Lime Juice and keep mixing. Then add the condensed milk, mix it together and add the evaporated milk and mix together. 
  3. Add the sugar into a pot and let the sugar caramelize. Add some water as you do this. 
  4. Then transfer the caramel into a container and coat the entire base of the container. Then using a strainer, add the pudding mixture into the container. Cover the container with a piece of foil.
  5. Then using a big pot over heat. Add about 2 cups of water and place the container with the pudding into the pot. Cover the pot and steam for 55 minutes on med - high heat
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
