INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup grated coconut
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 13.4 Oz / 380 g Dulce de Leche
- 1/2 tsp Cardomon Powder
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 454 g / 16 Oz Butter
- 1 1/2 Cup Powder Sugar
Method
- In a blender add butter, mix until smooth.
- Add All purpose flour one spoon at a time, then add almond flour one spoon at a time, then add the vanilla extract, and slowly add the powered sugar into the mixer.
- Knead the cookie dough
- Mix the Dulce de Leche into the coconut and mix together until fully combined.
- Using a table spoon make small balls of the filling.
- Grab a spoon of cookie dough and add the filling inside, and close. Repeat until all of your cookies have been made.
- Preheat the oven to 375º F and bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and sprinkle powered sugar on top
- Place the cookies on a cooling rack.
