INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3/4 Cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- 3 Tbsp Corn Starch
Method
- Add Salt and Flour together and mix together, then add into the mixer
- Set aside 1/4 cup of powered sugar for dusting later and pour the rest into the mixer. Mix together
- Add the Ghee and the vanilla Extract.
- Start the mixer and slowly add the water. Add water as needed to form dough. After the dough is formed add a wet paper towel on top and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Combine the butter and the cornstarch into a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Add the dough to the workstation and knead it with flour. Grab 2 handfuls of dough and using a rolling pin flatten them out.
- After flattening both pieces of the dough add the butter mixture to the second piece and add the first piece on top.
- Roll both pieces and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Heat up oil on medium heat and add the angel wings into the oil. Cook about 1 minute per side or until golden brown.
- After golden brown, remove from the oil and place in a plate with a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Then powder both sides with sugar.
