INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- Ground Beef (Mince)
- 1 Cup Semolina
- 1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8 Potatoes
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
- 2 Beaten Eggs
Method
- Mash up the potatoes, and add the Chicken Bouillon Powder.
- Mix the cornstarch and the Flour together, then mix the breadcrumbs and semolina together.
- Add some breadcrumbs to a flat surface, then grab some potatoes and form into a bowl, fill up the center with the mince and close it.
- Coat in flour, then dip in eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs. Repeat
- Heat Oil to 360º F, then cook each chop for 1 minute on each side.
- After cooking remove from oil and place on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with any sauce and Enjoy!
