Delicious Potato Beef Chops - Sousa's Kitchen

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • Ground Beef (Mince)
  • 1 Cup Semolina
  • 1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 8 Potatoes
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 2 Beaten Eggs

Method
  1. Mash up the potatoes, and add the Chicken Bouillon Powder.
  2. Mix the cornstarch and the Flour together, then mix the breadcrumbs and semolina together. 
  3. Add some breadcrumbs to a flat surface, then grab some potatoes and form into a bowl, fill up the center with the mince and close it. 
  4. Coat in flour, then dip in eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs. Repeat
  5. Heat Oil to 360º F, then cook each chop for 1 minute on each side. 
  6. After cooking remove from oil and place on a paper towel. 
  7. Serve hot with any sauce and Enjoy!
