INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 1.5 lbs Lamb Meat
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum (Red, Green, Orange, and Yellow)
- 20 Cherry Tomatoes
- Skewers
Method
- In a bowl add Yogurt, then add Paprika, Oregano, Chili powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Onion powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lime Juice, oil and mix.
- Add the Lamb Meat and cover the meat with the paste. Cover and marinate over night.
- To make the kebabs start with Tomato, Onion, Lamb Meat, Onion, Lamb Meat, Green Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum, Red Capsicum, Lamb Meat, Tomato, Onion, Orange Capsicum, Lamb Meat, Tomato. Then repeat.
- Preheat the oven to 375º F. Cook the Kebabs for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, Apply oil and continue to bake for another 15 minutes at 175º F.
- After 30 minutes, Remove from the oven and plate it.
- Serve Hot and Enjoy!
