Delicious and Healthy Baked Lamb Shish Kebab - Sousa's Kitchen

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1.5 lbs Lamb Meat
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum (Red, Green, Orange, and Yellow)
  • 20 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Skewers

Method
  1. In a bowl add Yogurt, then add Paprika, Oregano, Chili powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Onion powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Lime Juice, oil and mix. 
  2. Add the Lamb Meat and cover the meat with the paste. Cover and marinate over night. 
  3. To make the kebabs start with Tomato, Onion, Lamb Meat, Onion, Lamb Meat, Green Capsicum, Yellow Capsicum, Red Capsicum, Lamb Meat, Tomato, Onion, Orange Capsicum, Lamb Meat, Tomato. Then repeat.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375º F. Cook the Kebabs for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, Apply oil and continue to bake for another 15 minutes at 175º F.
  5. After 30 minutes, Remove from the oven and plate it. 
  6. Serve Hot and Enjoy!
