INGREDIENTS
- 6 Pieces of Bacon
- 4 carrots
- 200 g Elbows
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 3 Medium Potatoes
- 1 lb / 1/2 Kg Pork Belly
- 1 lb / 1/2 Kg beef
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 20 Cloves
- 1 green chili
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 tsp Salt
- 2 Maggie Cubes
- 6 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 4 Pieces Cinnamon Sticks
Method
- In a pot over medium heat add in the beef and pork. Add 1 tsp of Salt and 3 tsp of Ginger Garlic Paste, and Mix together.
- Add 3 cups of water, and mix together.
- Cover and cook until the meat is tender.
- In a separate pot over medium heat, add the Carrots, Potatoes, 1 tsp Salt, and 2 cups of water, and mix. Then cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove carrots and potatoes after cooking into a separate bowl.
- In a pot of boiling water, add the macaroni elbows, 1 tsp salt, and oil. Cover and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
- After the macaroni elbows is done cooking, strain it into a separate bowl.
- In a pot over medium heat, add oil and butter. Then add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and mix together.
- Add in the Onions and Sauté until golden brown. Then add the bacon, tomatoes, and mix together, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in the green chili, Ginger Garlic Paste, and the Maggie Cubes, then add the Green Peas.
- Then add the beef and pork into the pot with the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
- Then add the potatoes and Carrots, and mix together.
- Then add the macaroni elbows and mix together.
- Serve and Enjoy!
