INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb / 1 Kg Ground Beef
- 2 Cups Onions
- 1 Large Tomato
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 1/2 Cup Cilantro
- 1 Chili
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 1/2 Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
- 1 1/2 Tsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 Tsp Salt
Method
- In a pot over medium heat add the oil, and when the oil is heated, add in the onion. Sauté the onions for 10 minutes, then add the Tomato and stir.
- Add in the Chili, Turmeric, Chile powder, Cumin powder, Garam masala, sugar, and mix everything together.
- Add in the Ground Beef and mix until all all the big chunks are broken down.
- Continue to cook for 10 minutes. Cook until the water evaporates. Add Cilantro and mix together. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove off the stove and enjoy!
