Easy Ground Beef Recipe for fillings | Beef Mince - Sousa's Kitchen

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lb / 1 Kg Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups Onions
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Chili
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 1/2 Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 Tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tsp Salt

Method
  1. In a pot over medium heat add the oil, and when the oil is heated, add in the onion. Sauté the onions for 10 minutes, then add the Tomato and stir. 
  2. Add in the Chili, Turmeric, Chile powder, Cumin powder, Garam masala, sugar, and mix everything together.
  3. Add in the Ground Beef and mix until all all the big chunks are broken down. 
  4. Continue to cook for 10 minutes. Cook until the water evaporates. Add Cilantro and mix together. Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove off the stove and enjoy!
