INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup course semolina
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 1/4 Sugar
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Grated Coconut
- 50 grams golden raisins
- 50 grams cashews
Method
- Mix the Semolina, coconut, and milk together.
- In a Kitchen Aid add butter, sugar, and mix for 2 -3 minutes on high.
- Add 4 large eggs, and continue to blend until everything is fully mixed.
- Combine all of the dry ingredients, and add into the mixer 1 spoon at a time, and continue to mix
- Add the vanilla extract, golden raisins, and cashews and mix until everything is fully mixed.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan. (Spread the batter evenly throughout your pan)
- Preheat the oven to 350° F or 175° C
- Place the cake into the oven and cook for 45 minutes,
- After 45 minutes, remove the cake and allow for the cake to cool down before cutting into it.
- Once cake is cooled down, Serve and Enjoy!
