INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 lb / 1/2 kg Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chilies
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Chile powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
Method
- In a pot over medium heat, add the oil, and let it heat up for 2 minutes.
- After the oil is heated, add in the onions and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add in the tomatoes, and continue to sauté until the onions are golden brown.
- Add in the ginger garlic paste, and mix together.
- Next add in the turmeric powder, cumin powder, chili powder, garam masala, chili, and mix everything together. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Add in the ground beef, and mix until everything is mixed together. Cook until the water evaporates.
- After the water evaporates, add cilantro, and mix together. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the mince into a plate and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
- Add about 1 tbsp of mince to the center of the puff pastry, Make a paste of flour and water to use to seal the sides of the puff pastry. Apply mixture to the corners to seal. Fold the puff pastry. Seal the edges with a roller or a fork, Repeat
- Beat 1 egg in a bowl and apply the egg wash to all of the patties.
- Preheat the oven to 350° F or 175° C
- Place the tray into the top shelf of the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- After golden brown, remove from the oven and place them in a plate. Allow the patties to cool down for 10 minutes, then Serve and Enjoy!
